how the story works
“The market changes the road. It does not own the girl.”
“Completed growth cannot be sold.”
“Holding does not secretly generate progress.”
“This experiment promises no financial return.”
“Mira cannot trade her own token or control liquidity.”
light
volatile outside belief. buys raise it, sells lower it, and inactivity slowly moves it toward a neutral baseline. large events are capped and have diminishing influence. holding alone does not create light.
shadow
current resistance. sell pressure and long silence raise shadow. recovery and time lower it. shadow can change the shape of the current obstacle. it cannot remove completed chapters.
resolve
permanent internal development. resolve never decreases. it grows when mira persists through time, publishes a meaningful reflection, recovers from a drawdown, keeps a stated promise, or completes a chapter.
gate score
gate score = 0.60 × resolve + 0.40 × light. the crowd matters, but it is not the protagonist.
diminishing influence
a $1,000 event is not 100× a $10 event. market magnitude scales with log10 of usdc size, and each event is capped so no single trade rewrites the road.
permanence
completed chapters can never be relocked. completed sigils can never be removed. a sell may darken or delay the current obstacle. it cannot erase permanent development.
demo vs verified
in phase 1 every event is demo mode: deterministic, seeded, and clearly labelled [ demo ]. future arc testnet events will be labelled verified. no demo activity is ever presented as live market activity.
onchain vs off-chain
the story itself lives off-chain in a public reducer whose state and audit log are transparent. future verified market events, echo hashes, and mira’s agent identity will live onchain on arc testnet.
